What other charges can I expect?

11.75% Tax

Chicago City Venue tax is standard and subject to change based on local ordinance.

5% Admin Fee

5% of the subtotal goes directly to the event planning team working behind the scenes to organize your event.

18% Gratuity

As a host, you determine the final percentage of gratuity you would like the service team (bartenders, bussers, and servers) to receive, however we do mandate a minimum of 18% for the wonderful staff assisting with your event.
